1. Introduction
Allure ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by PrimeFlow Technologies LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17153820) with its registered office at 275 New North Road, Islington, Unit 1289, London, N1 7AA, United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Allure mobile application.
Allure helps you understand your attachment style, decode communication patterns through AI-powered chat analysis, and build healthier romantic connections. Because the App processes sensitive personal content, we take privacy seriously.
2. Information We Collect
- Onboarding answers: Responses to questions about your attachment style, relationship goals, and preferences that you provide during onboarding.
- Chat exports and uploads: Conversation transcripts and screenshots you choose to upload for analysis. These are processed to generate insights and may be retained so you can revisit past analyses.
- Journal entries and saved playbooks: Content you create or save within the App.
- Account information: An anonymous identifier is generated for your device on first launch. If account features are enabled, we may also store an email address you provide.
- Device and usage data: Device model, operating system, app version, and basic usage telemetry used to diagnose issues and improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide chat analysis, personalised insights, and coaching
- To save and sync your analyses, journal entries, and playbooks
- To improve the App's features and reliability
- To communicate updates and respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
4. AI Processing
Chat content you upload is sent to large language model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. These providers process the content under their respective enterprise agreements and do not use your data to train their public models. We do not sell, share, or repurpose your chat content for advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the App — including hosting (Supabase), AI providers, crash reporting, and push notifications — each under confidentiality and data-processing agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your analyses, journal entries, and saved playbooks remain available in the App until you delete them. You can delete individual items from within the App, or permanently erase your entire account and all associated data — onboarding answers, uploaded chat exports, analyses, journal entries, and saved playbooks — using Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and apply access controls to limit who can interact with stored data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these rights directly in-app, or by contacting privacy@primeflowtechltd.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Allure is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have, we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
