1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Allure mobile application ("Allure," or the "App"), provided by PrimeFlow Technologies LTD ("we," "our," or "us"), Company No. 17153820, registered at 275 New North Road, Islington, Unit 1289, London, N1 7AA, UK. By downloading, installing, or using Allure, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Allure. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. The Service
Allure provides AI-assisted chat analysis, attachment-style insights, journaling, and curated playbooks designed to help you reflect on and improve your relationships. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Not Professional Advice
Allure is an informational and reflective tool only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or relationship advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified provider or local emergency services.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create in the App — including chat exports, journal entries, and onboarding answers ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the App's features for you. We will not use Your Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Allure to harass, threaten, or harm another person
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that violates the privacy of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its underlying services
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the App
7. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some Allure features may require a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payments are handled entirely by the relevant platform and are subject to its terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App — including its design, branding, code, and content (other than Your Content) — are owned by PrimeFlow Technologies LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Termination
You may stop using Allure at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, but sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
Allure is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeFlow Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer-law rights provide otherwise.
